What
Event planning for executives in conjunction with Target's participation in IndyCar and NASCAR car races nationwide, including welcome parties, dinners, excursions, activities and other social events. The executives are from companies that are secondary sponsors of the cars, including Polaroid, Energizer batteries, Memorex and Fuji Film.

In partnership with Twirl Events, we have planned and managed events at races nationwide, including Indianapolis (Indy 500), Miami, Tampa, Las Vegas, Chicago, Phoenix, Charlotte and Sonoma.

We handle all details and logistics for a weekend-long schedule of activities, including pre-registration of guests, booking hotels, ground transportation, renting of facilities, booking of entertainment, menus, promotional gifts, planning and execution of excursions, and social events at the race itself.

Results
Participants have enjoyed the events; client will continue using our event planning and management services for 2009 races in Atlanta, Long Beach, Sonoma and Phoenix.
